- Full day freezing in up to 45°C ambient temperature
- Reduce freezing time (originally 90 minutes)
Solution
- CuBig II
- 175 kW LT at -43°C
- Heat recovery for space heating and process water
- Freezing time reduced from 90 to 60 minutes
- Core temperature of -20°C
- Plate freezers are performing good with dx operation
- Defrost is not required before taking out product
- Ultra-Low Superheat for safe and efficient process
- Air cooled gas cooler with adiabatic pads because of the dry, hot area
