Requirements

  • Natural refrigerants
  • Full day freezing in up to 45°C ambient temperature
  • Reduce freezing time (originally 90 minutes)

Solution

  • CuBig II
    • 175 kW LT at -43°C
  • Heat recovery for space heating and process water
  • Freezing time reduced from 90 to 60 minutes
  • Core temperature of -20°C
  • Plate freezers are performing good with dx operation
  • Defrost is not required before taking out product
